Mon Lis New Releases

The 2005 Mon Lis Sleepy Hollow Vineyard Pinot Noir was released on July 1, 2007. This wine received rave reviews at the World of Pinot Noir and Pinot Day events. Our Pinot Noir has a wonderful nose with ripe berry fruit and nuances of oak. Forward fruit is the first palate impression of this dark purple full-bodied Pinot Noir. The wine has complex flavors and lingers long in the mouth. Only 310 cases were produced - so orders yours now so your not disappointed! Also available is our 2005 Sleepy Hollow Chardonnay. This wine won a Sliver medal at the LA County Fair and placed third out of over 200 Chardonnays at the San Diego International Wine Competition. Our Chardonnay was 100% barrel fermented in French Oak using low activity yeast for a long, slow, cool fermentation to preserve the fresh fruit flavors. The wine is also aged Sur Lie to add complexity and in a mixture of new and one year old barrels to ensure that the fruit is the focal point of the wine. The wine is currently being featured at Restaurant Gary Danko in San Francisco. The price for our Chardonnay is $30 per bottle or only $324 per case with the discount.
