Mon Lis New Releases

The 2007 Mon Lis Sleepy Hollow Vineyard Pinot Noir was released on March 1, 2007. This wine has a wonderful nose with ripe berry fruit and nuances of oak. Forward fruit is the first palate impression of this dark purple full-bodied Pinot Noir. The wine has complex flavors and lingers long in the mouth. Only 310 cases were produced - so orders yours now so your not disappointed! The price is $40 per bottle with a 10% discount when purchased by the case. Also available is our 2007 Sleepy Hollow Chardonnay. Our Chardonnay was 100% barrel fermented in French Oak using low activity yeast for a long, slow, cool fermentation to preserve the fresh fruit flavors. The wine is also aged Sur Lie to add complexity and in a mixture of new and one year old barrels to ensure that the fruit is the focal point of the wine.
